SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We are able to ship almost anywhere: however, our shipping chart (see below) applies to products purchased and dispatched within the continental United States of America. We can provide quotes on OS3 orders, and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada via telephone 800 418-5775 or email, Info@BJStoresUSA.com . International shipping quotes do not include customs, duty, taxes, etc. Occasionally we require a deposit for International Orders to cover customs, duty, taxes, fees, brokerage, etc. Once the customer has paid these fees, this deposit will be refunded. Please contact your local customs authorities regarding these charges. Promotional Shipping applies to continental USA addresses only.
ADDITIONAL FREIGHT, CRATING, AND SPECIAL ORDERS: Larger pieces often require crating or additional freight charges because of size and weight. Items requiring crating or additional shipping charges are denoted by an asterisk (*) and will require a shipping quote sent via email: info@BJStoresUSA.com or telephone 800 418-5775 for more information. The crating fee would also be an additional charge. SPECIAL ORDERS are marked by a double asterisk (**) and will also require a shipping quote sent via email.
CARRIERS:
We use FedEx Ground/Home and United States Postal Service primarily. We ship all large products via FedEx Ground, consequently no PO Boxes can be used for these shipments. Smaller pieces (less than 14 inches tall) can travel via United States Postal Service or FedEx Ground. All items are insured, and a tracking number is provided for each order via email. We offer other shipping options: Overnight, 2 day, 3 day, etc. Call 800 418-5775 or Email: info@BJStoresUSA.com for quotes. There is an additional charge for these "Express Services".
DELIVERY TIMES:
Most items are in stock and should be received within ten business days. Out-of-stock and Special Order items require 6-8 week time period for delivery. We will update via email if there are additional delays. Remember many of these pieces are hand-finished and imported. If you are purchasing an out-of-stock item for a special event (birthday or anniversary) we would be more than happy to send a photo to your recipient. Products do not always ship together. You will be notified via email correspondence when your order has shipped and how many boxes are in the shipment. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping, or inquire about your order status via email.
SALES TAX:
We collect sales tax in Arizona as required by law, but for those of you with shipping destinations outside of the state with the Valley of the Sun, sales tax is not applicable.
DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS: Promotional Discount Codes cannot be applied previous purchases.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We strive to provide accuracy in our enthusiastic descriptions of our products; however, if the product you receive fails to meet your expectations, you may return it. Please follow these steps:
- Be sure to return the item within 10 working days of receipt.
- Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number.
- Carefully repackage the piece…Be sure the box retains its sturdiness or get a new box.
- Please fill out returned merchandise form, including payment form and credit card information and expiration date and place in box.
- Address package back to us using the enclosed label and Return Authorization Number on exterior of box.
- Very Important…Insure it (Items returned without insurance or that are improperly packaged and arrive damaged will not be refunded for credit.)
- Once we have received the item back in "like-new" condition, we will issue the refund less the initial freight cost .
DAMAGES:
It is very important that if you receive a damaged box from BJStoresUSA.com that you notate it in writing with the driver/delivery service before signing acceptance for the box, or refuse the shipment and email us a note as to why.
GOOFS:
Oops, did we send you the wrong product? If we have goofed, we will pay the return freight and correct the issue ASAP.
GIFTWRAPPING:
Sorry, many of our products are too large to giftbox and wrap.
